Ordered some delivery which came rather fast. Ordered shrimp fried rice, egg drop wanton mixed, pork ribs, general Tao chicken. The chicken was fresh and tasty not frozen, the sauce looked authentic not this crud that comes from a can. Main dish very good and rather surprising . No hard pieces of chicken or anything to suggest that meal wasn't made to order which it tasted. BBQ also tasted fresh and was a pleasure to eat. I can see why it has good reviews: your favorite Chinese dishes cooked fresh and quickly!

This is my go to Chinese take out spot since I live so close. I order pretty much the same thing every time; the general tso tofu. I would recommend you try this place and form your own opinion. Chances are you will like it and come back for more!

Oh yeah baby! Mmmmm. I just had the General Tso's Tofu and it was amazing. (Thank you to the reviewer who suggested it) I've had my fair share of fried tofu in this world, but this was... heavenly. The coating was superb and the sauce balanced, a sultry hot and sweet, even after sitting in a to-go container for 45 minutes. Thank you chef! I'll be back. TL

We're from NY and were looking for a good Chinese take-out --well we found it! Had the chicken and broccoli which was perfectly cooked and the brown sauce was delish! Veggie soup -no tofu and chicken and rice soup. Everything was fantastic!

Awesome place, perfect. The only thing I would change would be to make the general and Orange chicken crispier.

This place is amazing, best I have had in the USA - Steamed dumplings are the best thing on the menu, fresh and homemade! The delivery is quick too, A++++!

Really love their food. The general tsao chicken (awesome), broccoli and beef/chicken, hot and sour soup, Mongolian beef are very very good for take out. Delivery is fast and prices are very reasonable. The food is always consistent. Not the ideal place to go and sit down to eat, it's kind of small and not very inviting. The family owned restaurant does what's important, focus on the food. The lunch combos are great and large portions for around $6. Give it a try, you will enjoy it.

Excellence in Chinese take-out. All of the traditional favorites and those lunch & dinner combination specials. I like their vegetarian options and variety of noodle/lo mein/rice dishes. The General Tso's chicken, sesame chicken, and bourbon chicken are a few of my favorites here and the garlic shrimp with veggies really impressed. A friendly, family-run spot with fast delivery.

I always order their honey fried chicken wings when I go and they are delicious. I've tried their pork fried rice and it tastes okay. It's average fried rice without any extras. I would definitely go back to get someone honey fried chicken wings. They are the best I've had in South Florida, which I'd serious lacking good Chinese food.

Yuk!! Worst Chinese food I have ever had. I ordered the large chicken w/black bean sauce. It was more like chicken & broccoli in brown sauce & not a black bean in sight. Vegetable fried rice was greasy & tasteless.

BEWARE! This place is AWFUL and has left my poor boyfriend puking for the past 2 days! We decided to try out a new place for Chinese -- BIG mistake. We ordered Hot & Sour Soup, Chicken Rice Soup, & Mongolian Beef. My Hot and Sour was so ridiculously spicy I couldn't eat it and had to throw it away (and I'm no wimp to spice!) My boyfriend's chicken rice was lackluster, and after finishing his mongolian beef he got violently ill and has been suffering from food poisoning for 2 days. Go somewhere else!! The food is terrible and will make you sick, sick, sick!

This was my 5th trip. It doesn't matter if you call or go in they are very nice when ordering. I like walking in and being able to see all the way into the kitchen. Place is always clean. If walmart next door would only do the same. Great place and cheap.

I stopped here last night on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. I got the Hot & Sour soup, Kung Pao Chicken and Shrimp & Scallops in garlic sauce. After 2 spoonfuls of my soup I was happy. I'm picky with my soup and I've tried quite a few places in Pompano and wasn't happy with them. This is the way I remember the soup is supposed to taste! The Kung Pao was also delicious and just spicy enough without going over the top. The only real " complaint" I had was the Shrimp & Scallops. In our large order there were maybe 4-5 shrimp and the same for the scallops. For the 12.95 that dish was over priced. But in all I will be going back :)

I would not even give this restaurant 2 stars I ordered my food explain to them what I wanted and they turn around and do whatever they want to send to my house and then I have to eat it and like it is not what I want us to order and everything is bad and when I called them and asks then to help rectify the situation they said no they would not do anything about it it's what I ordered and I am stuck with their garbage I will throw their food away and never ever ever order from them again and I don't think that you should either his place deserves no stars I will never order from there again much less my daughter or her friends because I'll make sure that there aren't they know that this would be very very very bad This restaurant deserve no stars!!!!!!!!!!

This place is close to where I live and the service is fast. As Chinese take out goes this place is not terrible, but not particularly to my taste. For example the Kung Pao Shrimp is spicy and the sauce is decent but the added peanuts are overwhelming and I had to pick them out because there were just to many. I like shrimp so I have tried the Szechuan and Hunan Shrimp and both had too little shrimp and too much of other ingredients. The Teriyaki Beef Sticks are very good. Do note that if you get Sweet & Sour the meat will be separated from the sauce so you will need to mix it up. I am working my way through Shrimp dishes so I will post more later but overall I think the food is fine and the location is convenient and the service is fast so I will keep going back.

Having just moved to Florida I haven't had any Chinese food anywhere else. After finding China Wok I don't feel the need to look any further! My girlfriend and I always get a lot of food when we order, Chinese food makes great left overs. Anyways, here's what we got and how I rate it: Krab Rangoon-5 Stars. They tell you it's imitation Krab and it is priced as such. Super good flavor none the less and a huge portion. Pan fried dumplings- 5 stars, some of the best I have ever had. I wish the dipping sauce had more onion flavor and had green onions in it but it's a regular soyish sauce. General Tsao's dinner combo- 4 stars. It was definitely fresh but not as much heat as I prefer. I'll know for next time to request more heat. The pork fried rice was really good and not dry at all. szechuan chicken dinner combo - 5 stars. Really good flavor and texture, the veggies were all still crisp so if you prefer them over cooked a bit I would request it. We loved it though! Egg rolls- 4 stars. They had really good texture and were hot all the way through with no hot oil pockets but for me something was just slightly missing. Needless to say I am definitely coming back!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
